I know how hard it can be to fit in a workout when you’re juggling a job, children and whatever else life throws at you. So it’s all about options.

 

I’ll create a customised plan that’s just for you, taking into account how much time you’ve got, what sort of exercise you enjoy and what you want to achieve. Working out doesn’t have to be a chore. It you’re having fun while getting fitter you’re more likely to stick with your programme, feeling better, looking good and getting the results you’re after.

 

The type of equipment we’ll use during your session really depends on you.

 

What you’ve already got, what you like using and how much you want to spend.

 

You don’t need anything special, bodyweight training is effective in itself but I can advise you if you’d like to use training gear.

 

As well as individual sessions I also offer small group sessions. Where these take place, online or face to face is dictated by what Covid restrictions may be in place at the time. If you’re training as a group of friends or colleagues it works out cheaper and it may help to motivate you, or you might prefer the one to one approach it’s really what suits you best.

 

Working with older adults is an area of special interest as is rebound - exercise on mini trampolines. I’m also trained to adapt exercise for teenagers. I’m also happy to advise on healthy eating.

 

So whether you want to lose weight or see what strength training can do for you I want to help.

 

I take a holistic, whole body approach and believe that everyone can benefit from exercise.

After your session I’ll draw up a plan which you can follow at home until your next PT led workout.

 

Your plan will include a video and written instructions to make it even easier.

 

Individual:

£35 per hour

 

Small Groups:

£20 per person
