I’m Amy and I’m a qualified fitness instructor based in Norfolk.
Exercise has always been important to me, it’s a great way of relieving stress, lifting your mood and it really has helped me through some difficult times.
I used to be a journalist and fitting regular exercise in around my shifts was difficult so I decided to retrain as a fitness instructor. The truth is that gyms aren’t for everyone and even with the best of intentions regular exercise can be a difficult thing to commit to for many people. ‘No pain no gain’ - that’s what we’re always being told - but my ethos is different. It’s important to enjoy exercise so that you want to keep doing it and can then enjoy all of the many benefits of a more active lifestyle.
That’s where I come in. I specialise in teaching fitness that is fun as well as effective. Many of my classes are based around exercising on a mini-trampoline. It was once described by NASA as ‘The most effective exercise known to man’ (here’s a link we could put in to back that up https://worldjumping.co.uk/jumping-rebounding-nasa-report/) and it’s a really great way of having fun while keeping fit.
My workouts are designed to work with you rather than against you. There’s no shouting, no beasting and definitely no pressure. You will learn that improving your fitness doesn’t have to be a chore.
I am also a qualified Walking Football referee and would be happy to answer any questions you might have about keeping fit. So come and join me and get all the gain without all that pain.
