Regular four week courses where you’ll learn the basic bounce technique, core moves and build your confidence. Learn how to control the intensity of your workouts, overcome wobble worries and feel your body awareness improve over the weeks. I’ll guide you through the start of your rebound journey and introduce you to moves which can be progressed in multi level classes.
